5. Aadhar Card
6. Two recent Passport Size Photographs
7. Medical Fitness Certificate

For Other State Candidates

Admission fees for Resident Candidates: Approx. 2000
Admission fees for Non-Resident Candidates: Approx. 7000

The filled in applications along with required self-attested documents can be submitted in-person or sent by Speed Post / Registered Post / Courier so as to reach this office on or before the due date.

പൂരിപ്പിച്ച അപേക്ഷയോടൊപ്പം ആവശ്യമായ എല്ലാ രേഖകളുടെയും സ്വയം സാക്ഷ്യപ്പെടുത്തിയ പകര്‍പ്പ് റജിസ്റ്റേഡ് പോസ്റ്റായോ, സ്പീഡ് പോസ്റ്റായോ, കൊറിയര്‍ ആയോ കോളേജ് വിലാസത്തിലേക്ക് അയക്കേണ്ടുന്നതാണ്. അപേക്ഷകൾ നേരിട്ടും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നതാണ്.

Separate application forms should be submitted for the admission of First Year (I Semester) and Lateral Entry (III Semester).

ഒന്നാം വർഷ (I Semester) പ്രവേശനത്തിനും ലാറ്ററൽ എൻട്രിക്കും (III Semester) പ്രത്യേകം അപേക്ഷാ ഫോമുകൾ സമർപ്പിക്കണം.

The students have to check the College Website regularly. No responsibility will be taken for any non-receipt of communication.
